(Connoisseur-Caliber) ("New Arrivals Gallery") Hailing from the upper elevations of the towering Caucasus Mountains, this enchanting antique Lambalo Kazak presents a spaciously adorned field with potent totemic motifs. Upon an effulgent crimson ground, a trio of esoteric spiky mandalas align vertically in the center with pairs of Coptic crosses in glimmering emerald green and ivory and riderless equines equipped with levitating saddles. A mountain range of triangular talismans lines the inner border. It is reciprocally repeated in blue and red in slender bands between a Greek key design and the ‘leaf and calyx’ patterned main border. The jewel hues of this piece are vibrant and rewarding to the eye, infusing every shape with an incandescence that fills the viewer with warmth. Mostly heavier pile condition favors being used on the floor for many happy years to come, or perhaps as a striking, contemplative source of wonder hanging on the wall.
