This splendid example on a sumptuous midnight indigo field offers luxurious, exquisite underlayment. Originally purchased from Claremont in the mid-1980s, it was recently traded back in. We have not experienced such a fine example of the seldom-seen Guli Farang ("Foreign Flower") design, or such a beautiful one, since that time. Its painstakingly rendered field boasts a finely detailed repeating cabbage flower pattern arranged within a delicate vinery formed latticework. This rug excels in its extraordinarily fine craftsmanship, absolutely exquisite dye work and happily heavy pile condition which combine to make it a true standout. Learn About This Rug Type
