Upon a softly lobed, copper-toned reserve of elegant flowering boughs, an entirely singular grand medallion is formed from striking, gem-like facets illuminated in evocative tones of potently luminous palace blue. Within this crystalline centerpiece are two astonishing, descending levels of petit point detail that are matched, to exhilarating artistic effect, by two different descending layers of filigree in the spandrels. A brilliant, inspired, minimally adorned inner border allows a staggeringly articulated outer frame to perfectly support the other zones.
