Uniquely individualized floral borders and a fluid, intentionally asymmetrical center medallion create a refreshingly creative counterpoint to the great exactitude with which this consummately crafted Oriental rug was woven. Compelling hues of terracotta, deep indigo, rose, carnelian and seldom-encountered leaf green set alight the rug's surface, which has come to us in excellent, heavy-pile condition.
