This 120-year-old Persian rug's deeply harmonious sand and earth tone palette and artfully integrated botanical artistry achieve a serenity that would add texture and integrity to a decor in a way modern handwoven cannot begin to approach. Although this superb representative of the Persian City rug-making tradition is well over 100 years old, it is in outstanding condition.
