Beneath an elongated arch that seamlessly alternates between architectural and organic contours, a soft parchment ground becomes the glowing backdrop for the ornate vase with fanciful split palmette handles and an inlaid design reminiscent of East Asian lacquerware. The design extends upward with wing-like fans and a fireworks display of book-matched blossoms. Amidst this fascinating activity, three pairs of mythical birds appear, culminating in the entirely singular birds of paradise, swirling dynamically above.
