The jewel-toned primary palette features vivid vermillion, golden saffron yellow, pure lapis, jade, and cerulean blue made luminous by pervasive, artistic color shifts. The powerful medallion is drawn with subtle asymmetries and irregularities that give an alluring organic movement to this iconic motif. A single eight-pointed Star of Wisdom holds the center of the composition, and from it emanates an energetic abundance of curling Ram’s-Horn motifs and tiny sparkling diamonds in the field, creating an evocative and celebratory visual effect. The Ram’s Horn motif was of great importance to tribal peoples and has been known since the Bronze Age. Its symbolism of strength, fertility, and even introspection, due to its inward-turning curves, is timeless and transcultural. Graphically drawn reciprocal Fences of Security flanking the meandering vine-n-flower main border, rendered in pure geometry as four arrowheads linked to lightning bolts, provide symbolic protection.
