Twitter Instagram Facebook Pinterest(High-Decorative) ("New Arrivals Gallery")There is a particularly unique experience in walking down a hallway on plush knotted Persian wool that never loses its allure, remaining somehow relaxes and invigorates at the same time. Malayer, part of the greater Sarouk area, was principally a producer of runners that benefited from serendipitous pasturelands which fed the nearby flocks producing lanolin-rich, resilient wool. The leaf and blossom interconnecting design presents a naturally-dyed palette of spirited colors on the deep cobalt blue field. Striking, skillful chromatic striation in the three spacious borders lend a sense of depth along the entire expanse. This luxurious runner is also a true workhorse in that the lushness of design and resplendent palette belie the ultra-strong construction underneath. Just turning antique, this piece still offers full pile condition. Learn About This Rug Type
