(Connoisseur-Caliber) This is an unusually robust, expertly composed and extremely finely crafted tribal rug. In it, a crisply rendered, striking geometric design is in perfect balance, with enigmatic elemental ornaments interacting harmoniously with a dynamic medallion arrangement. A triad of emblems emits captivating visual energy while attendant flower medallions and delicate ‘snowflake’ motifs drift alongside. The partial forms at the top suggest a vertical motion where the entire pattern repeats endlessly in conveyor-like fashion with room for delightful improvisations. Coral, burgundy, azure, bright saffron, and rare jade green appear with a splendid glow. Combined with the animated sunburst border, this tribal wonder creates a striking visual delight, made all the more compelling by its extremely good pile condition.
